Common use of Access to CSN’s Daily Operations under this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Access to CSN’s Daily Operations under this Agreement. In addition to Clause 6.2 above, NAMISA and the Brazilian SPC will be entitled to access and supervise CSN’s daily operations under this Agreement, through a representative indicated by NAMISA, including but not limited to performance control procedures, such as weighing, sampling and analysis, among others, and CSN will endeavor its best efforts to provide such clarification or information requests which may be submitted by NAMISA as a result thereof.
