Common use of Access to Customer Information Clause in Contracts

Access to Customer Information. Notified shall require its employees, contractors and agents who have, or may be expected to have, access to Customer Information or Customer Information Systems to comply with the provisions of the Agreement, including this Appendix and any other applicable agreements binding upon Notified. Notified will remain responsible for any breach of this Appendix by its employees, contractors, and agents.
