Access to Customers and Suppliers. From and after the date hereof, Parent shall, upon Buyer’s reasonable request, introduce Buyer and its representatives to suppliers of the Bank and its Subsidiaries for the purpose of facilitating the integration of the Bank and its business into that of Buyer Bank. In addition, after satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.01(a) and Section 7.01(b), Parent shall, upon Buyer’s reasonable request, introduce Buyer and its representatives to customers of the Bank and its Subsidiaries for the purpose of facilitating the integration of the Bank and its business into that of Buyer Bank. Any interaction between Buyer and Parent’s, the Bank’s and any of their Subsidiaries’ customers and suppliers shall be coordinated by Parent or the Bank. Parent shall have the right to participate in any discussions between Buyer and the Bank’s customers and suppliers.
