Common use of Access to Documentation Clause in Contracts

Access to Documentation. At all times during the term of the Agreement, the Principal shall have access to all the Documentation. This access shall be continuing and survive the termination of this Agreement for either cause or convenience. The Documentation shall be kept in a generally recognised format for a period of ten (10) years from the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement. All records forming part of the Documentation shall be available to the Principals` auditor or an expert or independent auditor appointed by the Principal and/or the Beneficiary during the period of time specified in accordance with this Clause 7.7.
