Common use of Access to Employees Clause in Contracts

Access to Employees. With prior notice to the facility manager, the Union or its officially designated representative shall have access to County employees during off-duty time in the non-work areas of County facilities for the purpose of Union business. With prior notice to the facility manager, the paid staff of the Union shall be allowed reasonable access to employee members during the work period and at the work location to investigate and/or represent employees within the unit in formal grievance or appeal matters.

Access to Employees. With prior notice to the facility manager, the Union Association or its officially designated representative shall have access to County employees during off-duty time in the non-non- work areas of County facilities for the purpose of Union Association business. With prior notice to the facility manager, the paid staff of the Union Association shall be allowed reasonable access to employee members during the work period and at the work location to investigate and/or represent employees within the unit in formal grievance grievance, disciplinary, criminal or appeal matters.
