Access to Files. 24.1 Each employee shall make an appointment to access their personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any performance appraisal evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Head of Human Resources or designate. 24.2 An employee shall not alter, destroy or remove any document or page contained in their personnel file, but has the right to review, receive a copy or respond in writing to any document contained therein. Any such response shall form part of the permanent record.
