Common use of Access to hardware and software Clause in Contracts

Access to hardware and software. The Organisation must provide the Commonwealth or its nominees with access to its computer hardware and software to the extent necessary for the Commonwealth to exercise its rights under clause 13.1 and provide the Commonwealth with any reasonable assistance requested by it to use that hardware and software.
