Common use of Access to Information by the Parties Clause in Contracts

Access to Information by the Parties. Each Party grants the other Party, acting through its officers, employees and agents such access to the books and records of the other as is necessary to audit and verify the accuracy of charges between the Parties under this Agreement. Such access shall be at the location of the Party whose books and records are being reviewed pursuant to this Agreement and shall occur during regular business hours.
