Access to Information; Cooperation. Subject to the requirements of ----------------------------------- Section 24.0, Sunburst and its authorized agents will be given reasonable access to and may take copies of all information relating to the Claims and COBRA Claims (to the extent permitted by federal and state confidentiality laws) in Choice's and/or its subcontractor's custody, as applicable. The parties will cooperate with one another to minimize the disruption caused by any such access.
