Access to Information Systems. The Receiver will continue to have access to the computing, telecommunications or other digital operating or processing systems, platforms or environments, including computer programs, data, databases, computers, computer libraries, communications equipment, networks and systems of the Failed Bank that are transferred by the Receiver to the Bridge Bank pursuant to Article II; provided that such continued access is subject to the Receiver complying with all reasonable security measures implemented by the Bridge Bank.
