Common use of Access to List of Holders Clause in Contracts

Access to List of Holders. If the Paying Agent is not acting as Certificate Registrar, the Certificate Registrar will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee and the Paying Agent, within fifteen days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a request by the Trustee or the Paying Agent, as the case may be, in writing, a list, in such form as the Trustee or the Paying Agent, as the case may be, may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders of each Class as of the most recent Record Date.

Access to List of Holders.
