Access to Maintenance Building Sample Clauses

Access to Maintenance Building. The Parties understand and acknowledge that the Maintenance Building contains plumbing, meters and an irrigation clock that controls the City owned adjacent public restrooms and park grounds. The Parties agree that the City shall have reasonable access to the Maintenance Building and ▇▇▇▇▇ shall entrust to the City Manager duplicate copies of keys for emergency shut-off.
