Common use of Access to Members Clause in Contracts

Access to Members. Duly authorized representatives of the Association and their respective affiliates shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property before school, during the noon lunch period, after school and at other times with approval of the building Principal, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations.
