Access to Members. 0701 Representatives of the Association may meet with members of the bargaining unit prior to the start of the school day, after the end of the school day or while a member of the bargaining unit is on his/her duty free lunch or planning and conference time so long as it does not interfere with the educational process. Upon arriving at a building, the representative shall check into the principal's office and indicate with whom he is going to meet and at what location in the building the meeting will take place.
