Access to Pledged Collateral, Books and Records; Other Information. Each Pledgor shall permit representatives of the Administrative Agent or any Secured Party upon reasonable notice (made through the Administration Agent and no more frequently than annually unless a Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing) to visit and inspect any of its properties or assets and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records (including without limitation insurance policies) at any reasonable time and upon reasonable notice. Such Pledgor shall, at any and all times, within a reasonable time after written request by the Administrative Agent, furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent, in such manner and in such detail as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, additional information with respect to the Pledged Collateral.
