Access to policies. A. The University shall, at all times maintain a full copy of all general orders, a full copy of the Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights, and a copy of this Agreement. They shall be available to all employees for inspection and shall be maintained in the officer’s room. B. In addition, the Union may provide a copy of the Agreement to newly hired Employees at their orientation.
