Common use of Access to Priority 2B Areas Clause in Contracts

Access to Priority 2B Areas. Owner shall provide Contractor access to a Priority 2B Area to perform any portion of the Work within such area as follows: (a) no later than thirty (30) months from Notice to Proceed if Contractor submitted the applicable final Property Identification Plan within eighteen (18) months from Notice to Proceed. (b) no later than twelve (12) months after submission of the applicable final Property Identification Plan if Contractor submitted such Property Identification Plan after eighteen (18) months from Notice to Proceed.
