ACCESS TO PRODUCTS Sample Clauses
The "Access to Products" clause defines the terms under which one party is permitted to use, view, or otherwise interact with the products provided by the other party. Typically, this clause outlines who is authorized to access the products, any restrictions on usage, and the conditions that must be met for access, such as payment or compliance with certain policies. ACCESS TO PRODUCTS. 4.1. You must register for a JetBrains Account and have Internet access in order to access or receive Products, or to renew a subscription. Any registration information that You provide to Us via Your JetBrains Account must be accurate, current and complete. You must also update Your information so that We may send notices, statements and other information to You by email or through Your JetBrains Account. You are responsible for all actions taken through Your accounts.
4.2. You may use Your JetBrains Account credentials in the Product so We can verify Your rights to use the Product online. You acknowledge and agree that the Product will periodically connect to JetBrains servers to update this information including changes to JetBrains Account credentials and the Toolbox Subscription plan.

Customer and their Users must have an Internet connection in order to access their JetBrains Account and receive any deliveries. The Customer is responsible for downloading and installing the Products, which are made available for download on the JetBrains website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
5.2. Customer and their Users may use the JBA in accordance with the JetBrains Account Agreement available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/docs/agreements/jetbrains_account.html. Customer and their Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information provided via, and any action taken through, the JBA.
5.3. Customer may enable Users to activate and access Products in one of the following ways:
(A) JetBrains Account – by sending an invitation from Customer’s JBA to a User’s JBA. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Product will periodically connect from the User’s Machine to JetBrains’ servers via the internet to confirm the User’s right to use the Product;
(B) Activation code – by generating an offiine activation code in Customer’s JBA and providing it to a User for offiine Product activation. Customer must generate a new activation code and apply it to the Product registration interface when prompted;

If a User of Product Holder meets certain and specific conditions defined by JetBrains, User may be rewarded for participation in the EAP.
5.2. You acknowledge that the Product may periodically connect to JetBrains servers to update this information including changes to JetBrains Account credentials, offline activation codes, EAP Term changes, and payments made.
5.3. All deliveries under this Agreement will be electronic. You must have an Internet connection in order to access Your JetBrains Account and to receive any deliveries. For the avoidance of doubt, You are responsible for Product download and installation.

5.3. Customer may enable Users to access Products in one of the following ways:
(A) By sending an invitation from Customer’s JBA to a User JBA. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Product will periodically connect from a User Client to JetBrains’ servers via the Internet to confirm that User’s right to use the Product;
(B) By generating an offline activation code in Customer’s JBA and providing it to the User for offline Product activation. It is Customer’s responsibility to generate a new activation code and apply it to the Product registration screen every time changes are made to the right of use assignment or Toolbox Subscription plan, as well as whenever a subscription is renewed;
(C) Via a server application located on Customer’s premises that enables access to the Product from Clients that are within Customer’s local area network (“Product Server”). The Product Server option may be provided to Customer at the sole discretion of JetBrains.

4.3 You may activate and access Products only via your JetBrains Account. You acknowledge and agree that the Product will periodically connect from a Machine to JetBrains’ servers via the Internet to confirm your right to use the Product.
