Common use of Access to Records and Audits Clause in Contracts

Access to Records and Audits. 5.1 Medpace and/or Sponsor shall have the right to inspect progress of the Study on the premises of Institution at reasonable times during the term of this Agreement. Medpace and/or Sponsor will notify Investigator prior to any inspection of the date and time of the inspection. The representatives of Medpace and/or Sponsor may review all source documents and data from the study and/or request copies of data from the Study, and Investigator shall promptly provide such data. Institution through Investigator will notify Medpace and/or Sponsor by telephone and subsequently in written form, of any significant changes, including, but not limited to, changes in Study Personnel, Investigator, or physical location, that occur during the Study.
