Common use of Access to Records and Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Records and Premises. Afford access by the City to the Property at all for purposes of inspection, and permit the City to inspect and make and take away copies of any and all of its documents or records relative to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, City agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all records and the information contained therein obtained from Developer, to the extent allowable under applicable law.
