Access to Services at Comprehensive Career Centers. In New York State, TANF is a required WIOA partner and must coordinate access to TANF services with the comprehensive Career Centers. a. Below is a description of how the district provides access to its programs and services with Career Center partners. Please provide a description of how the district coordinates with Career Center partners with providing services to the district’s clients, including referral and information sharing mechanisms. LDSS staff are co-located with Career Center partners in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇-Tioga Workforce NY location. We are in the process of developing a more formal process to share services and develop a common referral process. Currently, LDSS staff refer clients to the Resource Room and encourage them to take advantage of services available, i.e computer access, workshops, funding for training, etc. Staff walk clients downstairs to the Resource Room.
