Access to System. If Business Associate needs access to a Covered Entity Information Technology system to comply with its obligations under the Contract or this Agreement, Business Associate shall request, review, and comply with any and all policies applicable to Covered Entity regarding such system including, but not limited to, any policies promulgated by the Office of Information Technology and available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/about/policies. Access to PHI. Business Associate shall, within ten days of receiving a written request from Covered Entity, make available PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. 164.524.

Access to System. In order to provide Included Services, Licensee will provide the following access, restricted to Infinite Campus’ and/or Infinite Campus’ authorized service provider’s Class C IP address range: a) MS Remote Desktop Access on port 3389; b) http access on port 80; c) https access on port 443; and d) Campus administration (backups and updates) on port 4329 out from all Infinite Campus provided servers.
Access to System a) Wakefern will provide User with Ids and passwords necessary to access the System. Such Ids and passwords will be provided only to Approved Users employed by or under the control of User. A separate password will be assigned to each Authorized User and may not be disclosed to any other person, including another Approved User. Approved Users as of the date of this Agreement are those persons listed on Exhibit A hereto. In the event User wishes to permit a person who is not currently an Approved User to access the System, it will make a request in writing in the form of request attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, to Wakefern. Such request will identify the person to whom User requests access be given and the type of access requested. Wakefern will respond in writing to all such requests within ten (10) business days of receipt and will not unreasonably deny such request. In the event Wakefern grants such request, such person will become an Approved User and Wakefern will assign an Id and password to such person. User shall immediately inform Wakefern of any Approved User who is scheduled to leave, or has left, the employ of User or who no longer is working on with System and requires access. b) User agrees that it will not disclose or permit to be disclosed any password to any person who is not an Approved User to whom such password has been assigned. c) Wakefern may, at its sole discretion, change any password necessary to access the System. Except as provided in Section X, Wakefern will provide notice of such changes to Approved Users so as to permit, where practical, uninterrupted access to the System by User.
Access to System. Operator and Owner and their agents, representatives, and employees shall have full and free access at all times to the System.
Access to System. Provider hereby grants Licensee limited access to the Service to retrieve only Licensed Data described in the Term Sheet, from the Service, and for only the purposes set forth in the Term Sheet.
Access to System. Licensee shall allow VISX, at VISX's sole expense, from ---------------- time to time to install or to attach to the System, and to modify, adjust and read, a memory, recording or other device and/or software (including telephone connections of the devices with VISX) which measures the number and types of Licensed Procedures performed with the System. Licensee shall not permit anyone other than an authorized VISX representative to alter or remove any such devices or software. In addition, Licensee shall permit VISX, its affiliates and authorized representatives to inspect the System and/or Licensee's records at least once per month during reasonable business hours and upon at least 48 hours prior notice for the purpose of obtaining the information measured by any device or software installed on the System and to monitor Licensee's compliance with the terms of this License.
Access to System. RCMLS hereby permits VENDOR to access the SYSTEM to retrieve the Internet Data Exchange data feed from the SYSTEM for the exclusive purpose allowing END USERS, and only END USERS authorized in this agreement, to distribute RCMLS data from the SERVICE to their clients and customers through VENDOR’s product(s).
Access to System. During the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms herein, Client may use password(s) and identification number(s) provided by PSG to remotely access Client’s data maintained on ATLAS provided that Client ensures that such access is used solely by Client’s employees or independent contractors reasonably approved by PSG and for Client’s own internal business purposes. Client shall use that access solely to access Client’s data and shall not access or attempt to access any other data, systems or software. Client shall be responsible for all use of the passwords and identification elements that PSG provides to Client related to this Agreement and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that they are used solely to effect the limited access authorized herein. The limited license to access the System granted herein does not include the right to copy, download or otherwise use any software or non-Client data maintained on the System.
