Access to the Authority. The license to the Terminal and Right of Way granted to the Operator herein shall always be subject to the right of access of the Authority, its lessor, its employees, agents and representatives for inspection, viewing and exercise of their rights and performance of their obligations under this Contract or as per the requirements of the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.
