ACCESS TO THE EMPLOYEE'S FILE. For the purposes of investigating grievances and arbitrations, the Union shall have full access to the employee's file upon written consent of the employee. The Union representative will review the file in the presence of the Director of Human Resources or their designate. Photocopies of any relative information shall be given to the Union upon written consent from the employee.
