Access to the Facilities. 15.1. The Contractor shall permit ▇▇▇ and GDF or any other representative as may be designated by ▇▇▇ and GDF to have access to the manufacturing and/or offices facilities of the Products related to the tender or the LTA in order to verify information provided in the tender (financial, product-related, or other); or undertake any trouble-shooting that may be needed to ensure efficiency in the process.
