Common use of Access to Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Access to Third Parties. Owner and its agents shall have the right to permit access to the Demised Premises, whether or not Tenant shall be present, to any receiver, trustee, assignee for the benefit of creditors, sheriff, marshal or court officer entitled to, or reasonably purporting to be entitled to, such access for the purpose of taking possession of, or removing, any property of Tenant or any other occupant of the Demised Premises, or for any other lawful purpose, or by any representative of the fire, police, building, sanitation or other department of the City, State or Federal Governments. Neither anything contained in this Article TENTH, nor any action taken by Owner under this Paragraph (C), shall be deemed to constitute recognition by Owner that any person other than Tenant has any right or interest in this Lease or the Demised Premises.
