AugX makes no representations or warranties, whatsoever, regarding the availability, accuracy, quality, reliability, or appropriateness of any such Third Party Content, and AugX disclaims any responsibility or liability with respect to any Third Party Content or for any acts or omissions of the providers thereof. To the extent you choose to use or access Third Party Content, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws and privacy and data collection laws. AugX and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Third Party Content at any time without notice and without liability to you.
