Access to Work Sites. Authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on District property before and after work, during employee breaks and lunch periods and to use District facilities when they are otherwise not in use. Association representatives will inform the principal or supervisor when he/she is on campus. Association representatives shall not interrupt employees during working times.
