Common use of ACCESS TO WORKSITE Clause in Contracts

ACCESS TO WORKSITE. a. Representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact Association business on school property at all reasonable times. Such activities shall not interfere with classroom instruction. b. Any Association use of school facilities will require the approval of the school's Administrative Officer. c. The Association shall be responsible for paying for consumable items it uses and for any other actual cost it incurs in using school facilities.
