Common use of Access; Use Clause in Contracts

Access; Use. All Customer access to and/or use of Operator's facility or services, for purposes of equipment interchange or otherwise, shall be subject to the provisions of this Schedule, including without limitation the security provisions of section 15, above, and the access and use provisions of section 31, above.
