Accidental Death Clause Samples
The Accidental Death clause defines the terms under which a benefit is paid if the insured individual dies as a direct result of an accident. Accidental Death. Full twenty-four (24) hour Accidental Death coverage equivalent to coverage under the Group Life Plan.
