Common use of Accommodation and Meals Clause in Contracts

Accommodation and Meals. 4.15.1. Where an Employee is required to travel in circumstances requiring them to stay away from home overnight, they shall, except to the extent that arrangements may be made for their expenses to be charged to the Company, be reimbursed for expenses reasonably incurred for accommodation and meals. 4.15.2. Expenses for the purpose of this clause means all reasonable fares and expenses incurred whilst travelling in accordance with the Company's travel policy.
