Accomplished. The evaluation ratings specified in this Article refer to the final summative ratings assigned to a teacher pursuant to the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System. In the determining the final summative ratings to be used in this article the higher of the two (2) most recent years are to be used. If the employee does not possess a final summative rating for the year in which the reduction in force occurs, the employee’s last rating will be utilized for the purposes of considering whether employees are “comparable”. In the event that a teacher new to the District does not have any prior rating, the teacher shall be assigned a rating based upon the most recent evidence available.
