Common use of Account Access and Activities Clause in Contracts

Account Access and Activities. Customer accounts may only be accessed and used by Authorized Users. Customer is solely responsible for all activities that occur under its accounts. All user identifications and passwords must be kept confidential and secure to protect against unauthorized use. Customer will notify Siemens immediately if it becomes aware of any unauthorized use or breach of security and will take all steps necessary to suspend such unauthorized use or breach.
