Account Aggregation Service Terms of Use. These Account Aggregation Service Terms of Use (Terms) will govern your use of the account aggregation service made available to you by Ally Bank. These Terms are a supplement to any existing Online Services Agreement you have with Ally Bank, its subsidiaries or affiliates. The ACCOUNT AGGREGATION SERVICE is provided as a convenience and should not be considered a substitute or replacement for account statements or other documentation provided by Ally or OTHER THIRD-PARTY account providers. Please consult your official account statements for information regarding your account balances, transactions or investments.

  • Data Aggregation Services BA is also permitted to use or disclose information to provide data aggregation services as that term is defined by 45 CFR 164.501, relating to the health care operations of CE.

  • Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • REMOTE ACCESS SERVICES ADDENDUM The Custodian and each Fund agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum hereto.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $152 to $1,504 and non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $1,000 for DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service at 4 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
