Common use of Account Documents Clause in Contracts

Account Documents. The following documents govern your Account with us: 1. this Agreement; 2. all Statements 3. any privacy Notices; 4. all disclosures and materials provided to you before or when you opened you Account; 5. any other documents and disclosures relating to your Account, such as those provided during the application process at the dealer and when you use your Account including those regarding Promotional Credit Plans; and 6. any future changes we make to any of the above.
