Account for Payment Clause Samples

Typically, this clause requires the party responsible for making payments to submit an itemized account or invoice, specifying the nature and amount of each charge or payment. This ensures transparency in financial transactions and allows the receiving party to verify the accuracy of payments, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over amounts owed or paid.
