Common use of Account Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Account Maintenance. Since the Balance Sheet Date, the Company has not taken any action outside of the ordinary course of business to (a) accelerate the billing or collection of its accounts receivable, (b) delay the payment of its accounts payable, (c) monetize deposits the Company has in place with any Person, including vendors and landlords, or (d) accelerate the receipt of rebates from any vendors that, collectively, has, or would reasonably be expected to have, an effect greater than Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000.00), in the aggregate, on the net working capital of the Company as of the Closing.
