Account Model Changes Sample Clauses

The Account Model Changes clause defines the process and conditions under which modifications can be made to the structure, features, or operation of an account within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to initiate changes, the required notice period to affected parties, and any limitations or approvals necessary before changes take effect. For example, it may allow a service provider to update account management procedures or introduce new account types, provided they inform customers in advance. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility for adapting account models to evolving business needs while ensuring transparency and predictability for all parties involved.
