Account Name Sample Clauses
The "Account Name" clause specifies the exact name under which an account is to be held or operated in the context of an agreement. This clause typically requires parties to use a designated name when opening, maintaining, or referencing a particular account, such as a bank account or escrow account, related to the contract. By clearly identifying the account name, the clause helps prevent confusion or misdirection of funds and ensures that all parties are referencing the same account for transactions or record-keeping purposes.
