Account of Record. Any record maintained by the City in which the City records the details of the Principal Indebtedness and the amounts re-paid by the Borrower to the City shall constitute prima facie evidence of the indebtedness of the Borrower to the City under this Agreement with respect to the Principal Indebtedness and all other amounts owing by the Borrower to the City under this Agreement.
