Common use of Account of Record Clause in Contracts

Account of Record. The Lender will maintain books of account evidencing the advance of the Loan and all other amounts owing by the Borrower to such Lender hereunder. The Lender will enter in the foregoing account details of all amounts from time to time owing, paid or repaid by the Borrower hereunder. The information entered in the foregoing account will constitute prima facie evidence of the obligations of the Borrower to the Lender hereunder with respect to the Loan, the Funded Amount and all other amounts owing by the Borrower to the Lender hereunder.
