Common use of Account of Record Clause in Contracts

Account of Record. The Administrative Agent shall open and maintain books of account evidencing all Loans and all other amounts owing by the Borrower to the Lenders hereunder. The Administrative Agent shall enter in the foregoing accounts details of all amounts from time to time owing, paid or repaid by the Borrower hereunder. The information entered in the foregoing accounts shall, absent manifest error, constitute prima facie evidence of the obligations of the Borrower to the Lenders hereunder with respect to all Loans and all other amounts owing by the Borrower to the Lenders hereunder. After a request by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent shall promptly advise the Borrower of such entries made in the Administrative Agent's books of account.
