Common use of Account Statements and Advices Clause in Contracts

Account Statements and Advices. Unless instructed otherwise in writing by the Company, the Escrow Agent shall prepare monthly account statements for the Escrow Account and deliver such statements to all parties listed in the Noticessection herein.
