Account Transaction Limitations. The Credit Union is only required to permit a withdrawal if you have sufficient available funds in your account to cover the full amount of the withdrawal. Drafts or other transfer or payment orders which are drawn against insufficient available funds will be subject to a service charge, set forth in the Rate and Fee Schedule. If there are sufficient available funds to cover some but not all your withdrawal orders, the Credit Union may allow those withdrawals for which there are sufficient available funds in any order at the Credit Union’s discretion. The Credit Union can also refuse to allow a withdrawal in other cases; for example: any dispute between the owners about the account (unless a court has ordered the Credit Union to allow the withdrawal); a legal garnishment or attachment is served; the account has been pledged as collateral for a debt to the Credit Union; any required documentation has not been presented; or you fail to repay a Credit Union loan on time. Any garnishment is subject to the Credit Union’s lien or security interest in an account. You will be advised of the reasons for refusal if such action is taken. The Credit Union reserves the right to require members to give notice in writing of any intended withdrawals from any account (except checking) of not less than 7 days and up to 60 days before such withdrawal.

For Regular Share Savings, Special Share Savings, IRA Plus and Money Market accounts, no more than six (6) electronic payment transactions are allowed each calendar month. Transfers through phone and online banking systems, electronic debit transactions, transactions by personal check, and electronic overdraft payments are limited to six (6) per calendar month, after which transactions will not be completed and may be returned unpaid. Checking accounts are not subject to transaction limitations.

If there are sufficient available funds to cover some, but not all of your withdrawal orders, we may pay those withdrawals for which there are sufficient available funds in any order at the Credit Union's discretion.
B. Dispute Among Account Owners. In the event of either written notice of the existence of a dispute between the owners, beneficiaries, or other persons concerning their respective rights of ownership to the funds contained in, or proposed to be withdrawn, or previously withdrawn, from any account(s), or the Credit Union's uncertainty as to who is entitled to the funds in any account(s), the Credit Union reserves the right to place an administrative hold on the funds in the account(s), notify all owners, beneficiaries, and/or all other persons claiming an interest in the account(s), of either the dispute or the Credit Union's uncertainty as to who is entitled to the funds and will not release the funds to any owner(s), beneficiary(s) or other persons claiming an interest in funds in the account, until the Credit Union receives either: a request for payment in writing agreed to by all Owner(s), beneficiary(s), or all other persons claiming an interest in funds held in an account(s), or the payment is authorized or directed by a court of proper jurisdiction. The Credit Union, at its discretion, reserves the right to require Members to give notice in writing of any intended withdrawals from any account (except checking) of not less than seven (7) days and up to sixty (60) days before such withdrawal.

For all types of savings accounts, that are eligible for preauthorized, automatic, telephonic, electronic or audio response transfers, you may make up to six such transfers to an account at another financial institution or to a third party during any calendar month. If you reach these limitations within a calendar month, additional transactions as listed above will not be able to be completed and may be returned unpaid. For Checking accounts, no transaction limitations apply; however, Overdraft Protection transfers may be returned if you have reached your monthly limit.
