ACCOUNTING AND OTHER INFORMATION. (a) The Portfolio Manager shall furnish to the Directors such information concerning the Portfolio Manager’s management and valuation of the Fund’s investment assets as the Directors may reasonably request. (b) The Portfolio Manager shall maintain all records relating to its management of the Fund’s investment assets as may be required by law. At the reasonable request of the Directors, the Portfolio Manager shall give the Fund (at the expense of the Fund) reasonable access to such documents and shall permit the Fund and its representatives to copy such documents, subject to Section 19.
