ACCOUNTING RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS. Servicer shall be responsible for maintaining full and accurate books, accounts and records (“Books”) of all Services and Stewardship Servicers rendered pursuant to or associated with this Agreement and all Direct Costs, Allocated Costs and Stewardship Costs.
