Accounting Records and Financial Statements. The Trustee shall at all times keep, or cause to be kept, proper books of record and account, prepared in accordance with industry standards, in which complete and accurate entries shall be made of all transactions relating to the proceeds of the Bonds and all funds and accounts held by the Trustee and established pursuant to this Indenture. Such books of record and account shall be available for inspection by the Agency at reasonable hours with reasonable notice and under reasonable circumstances. The Trustee shall furnish to the Agency, at least monthly, an accounting of all transactions relating to the proceeds of the Bonds and all funds and accounts held by the Trustee and established pursuant to this Indenture.

(b) The Trustee shall within 30 days after the end of each month furnish to the Company a monthly statement (which need not be audited) covering receipts, disbursements, allocation and application of Revenues and any other moneys (including proceeds of Bonds) in any of the funds and accounts established pursuant to this Indenture for such month.

Such books of record and account shall be available for inspection by the Authority, the Corporation and any Bondholder, or his agent or representative duly authorized in writing, at reasonable hours, upon reasonable notice and under reasonable circumstances.

(b) The Trustee shall furnish the Company monthly with statements (which need not be audited) covering the receipts, disbursements, allocation and application of Revenues and other money (including proceeds of Bonds) in the funds and accounts established pursuant to this Indenture during the preceding monthly period; each such statement shall be furnished within thirty (30) days following the end of the period covered by such statement.

The Trustee shall deliver to the Community Facilities District a monthly accounting of the funds and accounts it holds under this Indenture; provided, however, that the Trustee shall not be obligated to deliver an accounting for any fund or account that (a) has a balance of zero, and (b) has not had any activity since the last reporting date.

(a) The City will keep appropriate accounting records in which complete and correct entries shall be made of all transactions relating to the Tax Revenues and the Project, which records shall be available for inspection by the Authority and the Trustee at reasonable hours and under reasonable conditions.
(b) The City will prepare and file with the Trustee annually within six months after the close of each Fiscal Year or, if not then available, as soon thereafter as possible, audited financial statements of the City for the preceding Fiscal Year.

(a) The District will keep appropriate accounting records in which complete and correct entries shall be made of all transactions relating to the Solid Waste System, which records shall be available for inspection by the Authority and the Trustee at reasonable hours and under reasonable conditions.
(b) The District will prepare and file with the Authority and the Trustee annually within one hundred two hundred ten (210) days after the close of each Fiscal Year (commencing with the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2015) financial statements of the District for the preceding Fiscal Year prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, together with an Accountant’s Report thereon.

(b) The Commission will furnish the Trustee and each Administrative Agent within two hundred ten (210) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, the financial statements of the Commission relating to the Revenues for such Fiscal Year, together with the report and opinion of an independent certified public accountant stating that the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and that such accountant’s examination of the financial statements was performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and a Certificate of the chief financial officer of the Commission stating that no event which constitutes an Event of Default or which with the giving of notice or the passage of time or both would constitute an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing as of the end of such Fiscal Year, or specifying the nature of such event and the actions taken and proposed to be taken by the Commission to cure such default. Thereafter, a copy of such financial statements will be furnished to any owner of Notes upon written request to the Commission.
