Accounts and Card Issuance Clause Samples

The "Accounts and Card Issuance" clause defines the terms under which accounts are established and payment cards are issued to users. It typically outlines the eligibility requirements for opening an account, the process for requesting and receiving a card, and the responsibilities of the account holder regarding card use and security. For example, it may specify that only individuals over a certain age can apply, or that cards must be activated before use. The core function of this clause is to set clear expectations and procedures for account creation and card distribution, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring proper use of financial products.
