The Company shall cause to be kept proper records of account with respect to all transactions of the Company in such manner as to show the assets and liabilities of the Company for the time being and such records of account shall be kept at the registered office of the Company or at such other place as the Board of Directors think fit and shall be open to the inspection of the Directors during normal business hours.
